Rest in peace Claire, you are truly an inspiration to us all - refusing to let your spirit be dampened by what life threw at you. I shall always remember you with love as I pass the Roald Dahl Museum - where we worked together when it first opened in the summer of 2005. Those happy, heady memories will always feature you, and I am truly privileged for having known you. Katy x

when I started my job at the museum I was welcomed with open arms I loved how the museum brought stories to life and had that magical charm one lady there was funny and kind and always had stories to share yesterday I said my final goodbye to her rest in peace Claire

Claire loved working at the Museum with all of us. She will be very much missed and her knowledge of Roald Dahl and his books was legendary. Gone but not forgotten.
