Claire was a wonderful hopscotchy frothbuggling human bean. She showed me the ropes (and the craft cupboard) when I started working at The Roald Dahl Museum in 2005. Her enthusiasm and passion for sharing stories was infinite. She was incredibly caring and kind, I especially loved her silly side - often catching her doing the voices along to The Enormous Crocodile in the shop when she thought no-one was watching, and listening quietly until the story was over!
